This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of your watch for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

What's Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from:

  • Transportation or storage
  • Improper use
  • Failure to follow care instructions or perform recommended maintenance
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • External factors like accidents, abuse, or extreme conditions

Our Commitment:

We are committed to resolving any warranty concerns promptly and to your satisfaction. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace your watch (or the defective part) free of charge, including return shipping costs.

  • This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser of the watch from LXY Philadelphia Boutique.
